Other Appointments

You can book a routine appointment with a  Practice Nurse, Healthcare Assistant or Clinical Pharmacist by:

  • use our online system via Patient Access
  • use your NHS account
  • complete an e-consult
  • phone us on 020 8883 1458
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable healthcare proffesional to suit your needs.

Care Navigation

Our receptionists have been trained to ask questions in order to navigate you to the most appropriate service.

When booking appointments, the receptionist will ask you about the nature of your problem in order to ensure everyone gets the most appropriate appointment with the most appropriate clinician. Receptionists may direct you to another service such as Pharmacy First (pharmacy based service for minor illnesses), local walk-in centre, or may offer to book you an appointment with an allied healthcare proffesional such as a First Contact Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurse, Healthcare Assistant or Physician's Assosiate.

Please be patient with our members of staff so they help you.
